DELIVERY

All order sub-totals over $49.50 receive free delivery! Our delivery fee on orders under $49 are charged $6.

Absolutely! Just make sure we have your gate codes or any special instructions.

Your deliveries will be packed in boxes and any especially sensitive items are insulated with additional ice packs. You may also leave an iced cooler outside, and we can easily transfer the items in your box into your cooler. Please be sure to contact customer service or leave a note indicating that the driver should transfer your items to the cooler.

2. We LOVE curating food we think you will enjoy. Let us start the shopping for you and then you can decide what to keep and what to swap out. I mean, not everyone will add Huevos Rancheros to their box, but it's delicious and you should try it

3. By subscribing to an ACME box, you're helping our farmers and ranchers to plan ahead. This helps them know how much produce to harvest or meat to process, allowing them to minimize any wasted resources. Because the commitment to this subscription model helps everyone work toward long-term sustainability goals, we do ask that in order to skip or place an order, please do so by the product-specific ordering deadline.

Yes! When you click on your upcoming orders, any box that allows customization will have a "customize" option that will direct you to approve or swap out meals.

 

FOOD QUALITY

All of our food is grown using organic methods, but it may not be certified organic. If we don't directly know the producer, then we do require organic certification.

Our soil, water and air quality for future generations depends on the decisions we make today!

We strongly believe in eating local, so the majority of the food we sell is produced within 150 miles of your local hub. We venture a little farther out for specialty items like citrus, avocados, and peppers. We also understand that not everyone wants to eat seasonally 100% of the time, so we have also carefully selected a handful of farms outside of our area in order to be able to offer you organic favorites throughout the year.

We do everything we can to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order. If you aren't completely satisfied, please let us know within 14 days of your delivery (info@acmefarmsandkitchen.com) and our customer service team will happily make it right. From replacement product to an account credit or a refund, we will process it as soon as we receive it because we want to make sure you are taken care of!

ACME offers more variety, flexibility and convenience than a typical Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program. Because we source from many different farms, we can offer a broader variety of produce throughout the growing season. Unlike a CSA, you do not have to pay for the season up front, and you can skip a delivery or alter your schedule as needed. You only pay for the deliveries you receive.

ACME rigorously quality tests every meat supplier who hand-selects every cut. We only believe in pasture-raising animals and humane processing practices. We support ranchers who treat their animals with kindness and respect and feed their animals using the same food standards of which we hold our own food.

Yes, you can enter your check info at checkout.

The order deadline is 8am four days before your delivery day. Your order cutoff time is reflected on the Shopping Cart page next to the 'Totals' column for easy reference.
