Here in the Northwest, we are unbelievably lucky to be neighbors with so many incredible farmers, fisherfolk, ranchers, cheesemakers, bakers, and other local food artisans. We have always thought the best way to celebrate the abundance of local food, and those who bring it to us is to gather with friends and family to share a fresh, delicious, locally-focused meal - preferably outdoors, making the most of a warm and golden summer evening.

With these thoughts in mind, we're delighted to offer our Farm to Table Dinner - a curated 4-course meal designed for 8 guests, highlighting the best summer foods our region has to offer, directly from the producers. Best of all, we make the sauces, dressings, and baking mixes, so you can prepare the meal with minimal hassle and have more time to enjoy the company of your friends and family.

Farm to Table Dinner Includes:

1st Course:
Tomato + Mozzarella Bruschetta with Peach Bellini
Crisp slices of artisan bread toasted to golden brown topped
with a harmonious mix of the best heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, fragrant basil, and a garlic-infused extra virgin olive oil. Accompanied by Bellinis, light cocktails made with sparkling wine and sweet peach puree.

2nd Course:
Blueberry Basil Salad with Blue cheese
Fresh local blueberries and tangy farmstead blue cheese dressed with a basil vinaigrette, on mixed greens with toasted hazelnuts for a rich crunch.

3rd Course:
Wild Salmon Fillets with Romesco + Salsa Verde Sauces, Herbed French Potato Salad, and Green Beans with Garlic + Tomato
Wild reefnet-caught salmon fillets with two sauces: Romesco, a rich, bright, and smoky Spanish sauce made with roasted red peppers; and Salsa Verde, a tangy Italian sauce with mixed green herbs, capers, garlic, and a hint of anchovy. Served with fresh green beans sauteed with burst cherry tomatoes and garlic, and a light potato salad laced with fresh herbs and a tangy grain mustard vinaigrette.
