The results? Weird and wonderful, and perfect for the olive lover! The sauce is built with garlic, shallot, and castelvetrano olives sauteed in olive oil, then deglazed with some salty olive brine and a couple shots of aromatic gin (or vodka if that’s your go-to) and enriched with butter and parmesan cheese, tossed with fresh bucatini pasta, and finished with lemon, parsley, and crumbled farmstead blue cheese. Add a bit of cooked chicken breast or shrimp for some extra protein.

IN THE BOX:: Bucatini Pasta, Castelveltrano Olives, Whatcom Blue Cheese, Grated Parmesan Cheese, Garlic, Shallot, Parsley, Lemon
PANTRY:: Olive Oil, Gin (Or Vodka), Butter
OPTIONAL:: Cooked Chicken Breast or Shrimp

Contains: Wheat, Milk, Egg

____________________________________________________________

Featured Local Producers:
Bellingham Pasta
Twin Sisters Creamery
Spring Time Farm

*Due to the nature of sourcing from local farmers and producers, the featured producers in our meal kits may vary based on availability and seasonal factors.
