Spring means, among other things, rhubarb, and we haven’t found a better way to enjoy it than this pie. This recipe comes to us from Hilda Schneker, who was a member of chef Andrew's grandmother's women's literary club in rural southeast Indiana. Tart rhubarb, sweet custard, and flaky crust - perfect.
