How I Order to Feed My Family and Hit My Health Goals in 2025

As we step into a new year, I wanted to share how I’m planning our family’s meals to prioritize health, save time, and make life easier. Feeding a family with different nutritional needs can be tricky—especially when I’ve made significant changes to my diet over the past year to radically improve my health.

I’ve learned to find balance in a way that nourishes all of us without the headache of cooking multiple meals. I eat fewer carbs and avoid gluten, while my growing 16-year-old and husband need hearty, balanced meals that fuel their days.

To help you plan your own menus, here’s what I’m ordering for my next delivery (arriving January 8th, with the order deadline at midnight on January 1st).

What I’m Ordering This Week to Minimize Grocery Trips and Eliminate Highly Processed Foods:

Breakfasts

Lunches

Dinners

Why This Works for Us

  1. 90% of Our Meals Are Made at Home
By ordering from Acme, we avoid preservatives, antibiotics, colors, additives, pesticides, and more. It gives me peace of mind knowing that what we’re eating is as clean and nutrient-dense as possible.

  2. Less Grocery Shopping = More Time Saved
I love cutting out the extra trips to the store. Everything we need for the week is delivered, making meal planning stress-free.

  3. Busy Weeknights Are Covered
Most of these meals are quick and easy to prepare, so I’m not overwhelmed when juggling work, school schedules, and everything else.

  4. Packed with Protein, Fiber, and Micronutrients
Our meals are designed to meet our family’s health goals, giving us energy and keeping us feeling our best.

The Bottom Line

Total cost for feeding three adults most of their meals this week: $443. This comes out to 7.03/serving. No highly processed foods, all organic or pasture raised produce, meat and eggs, and no chemical ingredients, colors, additives or preservatives.

This approach has been a game-changer for my family and my health. If you’re ready to make 2025 your healthiest year yet, I hope this gives you some inspiration for how you can do it too—without sacrificing your time or sanity.

Let me know what you think in the comments or share what you’re planning for your first delivery of the year. Here’s to nourishing ourselves and our families!
