Where do I start. During these times of a ton of home cooking and not going out this is a great option. It's so local and Very conscious about waste and packaging. The meal planning is all taken care of by a very experienced and creative chef. Andrew's often brings some of his family recipes with a new twist with a modern flare, As well as some new creative fun meals. In Rome, fettuccine Alfredo is made with only three ingredients - fettuccine, butter, and parmigiano cheese - without a drop of heavy cream to be found. We make ours the same simple way using fresh egg fettuccine and Roundbale cheese, a locally-produced parmigiano-style aged variety from our friends at Ferndale Farmstead, and serve it with a light arugula salad simply dressed in lemon and olive oil to balance the richness of the pasta.

I love this meal kit! After trying just about all of them, this one takes the cake. After a couple years as a customer, I can say that ACME consistently delivers their promise on sustainable packaging and high quality food that has made me a better chef! There’s a meal for every taste and I love that I can also order from the marketplace to supplement groceries for the week. The most delicious recipes include many ingredients and require a good amount of preparation — but they also offer simpler meals that take less time, as well. Absolutely love the selection, the freshness, and the ability to choose the meals I want without having to get a subscription! The best meal kit around --- local goods, always delicious, and they are very up front with the prep/cooking time, which I appreciate. LOVE the 30 minutes or less meal picks! I also really like being able to add on things like Kombucha, veggies, bread, cheese, etc. This is well worth the money for delivery, packing, etc. I HIGHLY recommend replacing all those other meal kit boxes with this.

We’ve been using Acme Farms weekly for several years now. We wanted something like Hello Fresh but with better quality and more interesting recipes. When I found Acme I was so excited that it was all those things plus a small local business, organic and PNW farmers! We’ve ordered Acme food off and on for several years. We love that it supports local businesses, specifically food producers, and that it makes us try new recipes (which are all delicious!) The logistical magic that has to happen to keep this business going is mind blowing, but it makes my life a lot easier. On the rare occassion that something goes wrong, they do their best to make it right.
