We can’t really call it Alfredo, but this simple pasta hits all of the rich and satisfying notes of the Roman original with a distinctly Louisiana spin, with fresh fettuccine tossed in a creamy, garlicky sauce spiked with Creole seasoning, nutty parmesan-style cheese, and medallions of smoky, spicy andouille sausage.

We are signed up for weekly vegan boxes and have loved our first two Acme boxes. I’ve been recommending it to so many people! The meals were delicious, and easy to prepare. We especially loved the tofu banh mi sandwiches and kung pao cauliflower.
