Sometimes lasagne means spending a lazy afternoon in the kitchen, simmering sauces to layer between sheets of pasta and herb-flecked cheeses. But it can be a much simpler affair, made with artisan 3-cheese ravioli tossed in a quickly simmered sausage ragu, spread in a dish and baked under farmstead mozzarella cheese until piping hot.
IN THE BOX:: 3-Cheese Ravioli, Sausage, Whole Tomatoes, Onion, Garlic, Carrot, Diced Mozzarella, Lettuce
PANTRY:: Olive Oil, Salad Fixings
OPTIONAL:: Dry White Wine, Red Chile Flakes, Parmesan or Pecorino
Contains: Wheat, Milk, Egg

Our Standards For Every Meal Kit & Why It Matters
You deserve food that nourishes your body, not food that slowly wears it down. That’s why we are relentless in our sourcing standards:
✅ No pesticides like glyphosate, a known carcinogen.
✅ No artificial colors or additives, because food doesn’t need to be “prettier” at the cost of your health.
✅ No hormones or antibiotics, which are overused in industrial agriculture.
✅ No preservatives, because real food doesn’t need them.
✅ 97% seed oil free, and working toward 99% in 2025.
All our meal kits are local first and are produced with organic standards. Why don't we always say certified organic? Check out our blog post'Strict Organic Standards - Won't Always Say Organic' to learn more.

We’ve ordered Acme food off and on for several years. We love that it supports local businesses, specifically food producers, and that it makes us try new recipes (which are all delicious!) The logistical magic that has to happen to keep this business going is mind blowing, but it makes my life a lot easier. On the rare occassion that something goes wrong, they do their best to make it right. When winter weather hits at the same time that lots of people are getting sick PLUS the holidays, all I want to say is THANK YOU to all the people who are working hard to keep their business running and all their customers fed with local, healthy and delicious food.
Your commitment is appreciated and I think you’re amazing.
