Our Spring Reset is still loaded with healthy, veggie-forward meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks focused on bolstering your metabolism with high protein and fiber, but this time around we’re taking inspiration from our new Summer Living Box.
This reset leans into fresh salad and grain bowls filled with healthy, lean proteins, grains, beans, and lots of veggies, all based around an assortment of our delicious house-made dressings and sauces, so you spend hardly any time in the kitchen! No food groups are eliminated and there are no crazy food restrictions, just fresh, nutrient-dense meals to keep you feeling your absolute best.
Also, for breakfast, you get yogurt parfait bowls made with very lightly-sweetened Greek yogurts, fruit, and granola, and an assortment of healthy snacks to get you through the day. And the best part? You get a day off to eat what you want. Go ahead, eat that cheeseburger! You deserve it!
