In this bright and tangy bowl, black-eyed peas, bell pepper, corn, and cherry tomatoes are given a long marinade in lime and jalapeno, then served over nutty quinoa and crisp cabbage and topped with sliced avocado and cilantro.

Chili Crisp, a mellowly spicy and tongue-tingling Szechuan condiment, is quickly becoming a favorite - the combination of crisp-fried garlic and shallots, sesame seeds, chili pepper, and spices swimming in infused oil just can't be beat. Here, we make a simplified version and toss it with rice noodles, seared tofu, broccolini, and a touch of sesame paste for a deeply flavorful, quick weeknight saucy noodle dish.
