We learned how to develop a café culture, hiring staff that we treated like family, and explored the most exacting standards of drink preparation – those embraced by the Specialty Coffee Association of America and the United States Barista Championship. We imbued our staff with these standards and focused on drink-making quality.

Twin Brooks is family-owned and operated since 1910! All their milk and cream is produced from their very own Jersey cows, raised right on their farm. Their half + half is an off-white color with a smooth rich taste, this product will, if left to set for several days, nicely separate in the container to ½ cream on top and milk on the bottom because we do not homogenize. 

This product meets FDA specifications for "Grade A".
