In this streamlined, vegan “magic” take, extra-firm tofu is crumbled and stir-fried until crisp, tossed with fresh carrots, broccolini, green beans, and scallions, then finished with our gingery teriyaki sauce and served over steamed rice with toasted sesame seeds.

I have really enjoyed the meal kits and market items from Acme Farms and Kitchens! The recipes have been delicious and flavorful! The ingredients are fresh and varied. I really appreciate that I can order one meal or a curated box without a subscription. The recipes and ingredients have been far better than some of the big box meal kits companies and their packaging even “greener” than other options I’ve tried. The meal kits and marketplace items include some of products I used to have to drive North of Seattle to get so having stuff delivered is amazing! The portions are great and I can’t say enough (again) about how flavorful and fun the recipes are. I’m definitely not a meal kit expert, but I don’t anticipate trying any other services because we’ve had such a good experiences with Acme.

WE LOVE ACME!  You have helped add joy to our midweek as well as special dinners.  We love seeing what our delivery guy brings each week and think about the yummy and safe food we’ll get to eat.  We are very fortunate for so many reasons and so happy we can prioritize good food in our lives.  Your chef comes up with the best recipes - so quick and really really delicious.  Whatever you need to do to keep chef on the Acme payroll, DO IT! Your food is so fresh and local and you never ever forget an ingredient.  I usually get 2-3 meals each week and sometimes don't starting cooking with the ingredients for several days and still each ingredient is still fresh.  That only be because each ingredient just came from the farm. We are signed up for weekly vegan boxes and have loved our first two Acme boxes. I’ve been recommending it to so many people! The meals were delicious, and easy to prepare. We especially loved the tofu banh mi sandwiches and kung pao cauliflower. Having meal boxes delivered every week has made our lives go much better- less mental energy expended to plan meals, delicious new meals to add to our repertoire, and helping my husband feel confident with cooking. I also love the free optional add-ons that are offered (Ranch dressing, kombucha, lemonade kit).
