In this vegan iteration of the classic Indian-British dish Murgh Makhani - or Butter Chicken, lightly-spiced cauliflower florets are roasted to golden brown then briefly simmered in a creamy coconut + tomato curry, served over steamed basmati rice, and topped with fresh cilantro.

Where do I start. During these times of a ton of home cooking and not going out this is a great option. It's so local and Very conscious about waste and packaging. The meal planning is all taken care of by a very experienced and creative chef. Andrew's often brings some of his family recipes with a new twist with a modern flare, As well as some new creative fun meals. This is a great way to save money, time and teach the young and old family how to cook.. Try it... you'll love it.. Also a great gift!

In this Greek take on the quick and convenient mason jar salad, hearty chickpeas are marinated in a tangy herbed red wine vinaigrette, then layered with nutty steamed quinoa, sweet bell pepper, spicy baby arugula, red onion, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and briny kalamata olives, and all topped with crunchy pepitas. For an extra hit of protein, finish the salad with some crumbled feta or chevre.

Have tried various meal services like this (Hello Fresh, Home Chef) but Acme Farms hits the bar for me. The quality of food is amazing and fresh. Supporting local PNW farmers and businesses is important to me and these guys are all local. Delivery is environmentally conscious (boxes are sent back each time; no insulation waste). You can order what you want when you want and don’t have to subscribe. Everything I’ve gotten so far has been delicious. Don’t miss out on the pot pies!! And shout out to Megan/Meghan who has delivered my boxes to me and has gone the extra mile to make sure I got my deliveries in my complicated apartment building in Portland (she’s a gem)

Just love Acme Farms + Kitchen! I have been ordering their local meal kits and products for several years. Really, we almost only eat meat sourced from them and feel local is best.
