Ingredients in the meal kits are as local as the season will allow-and I always shop their "Marketplace" for a great variety of add-ons from local bakeries, farms, and dairies. I have really enjoyed the meal kits and market items from Acme Farms and Kitchens! The recipes have been delicious and flavorful! The ingredients are fresh and varied. I really appreciate that I can order one meal or a curated box without a subscription. The recipes and ingredients have been far better than some of the big box meal kits companies and their packaging even “greener” than other options I’ve tried. The meal kits and marketplace items include some of products I used to have to drive North of Seattle to get so having stuff delivered is amazing! The portions are great and I can’t say enough (again) about how flavorful and fun the recipes are. I’m definitely not a meal kit expert, but I don’t anticipate trying any other services because we’ve had such a good experiences with Acme.
