I love this meal kit! After trying just about all of them, this one takes the cake. After a couple years as a customer, I can say that ACME consistently delivers their promise on sustainable packaging and high quality food that has made me a better chef! There’s a meal for every taste and I love that I can also order from the marketplace to supplement groceries for the week. The most delicious recipes include many ingredients and require a good amount of preparation — but they also offer simpler meals that take less time, as well. Tacos al Pastor is a Mexican street food favorite, comprised of richly-marinated pork and pineapple cooked on a vertical spit similar to Middle Eastern kebab, then shaved onto hot tortillas. In Rome, fettuccine Alfredo is made with only three ingredients - fettuccine, butter, and parmigiano cheese - without a drop of heavy cream to be found.
