This reset was developed as a whole-foods, gut-supportive way to restore balance and help you feel better — sustainably. We made a very intentional choice: this Health Reset does not include dinners.
So many of you have shared that cooking separate “healthy” dinners for yourself — on top of feeding your family — leads to burnout and ultimately abandoning the reset altogether.
This allows you to fully nourish yourself during the day, while still enjoying flexible dinners that work for your family. (Our Mediterranean dinners pair beautifully with this reset!)
