This week's free cucumber from our friends at Spring Time Farm is dedicated to someone very special to the Acme Farms + Kitchen team.

For the past three years, Jen was the final set of hands to pack thousands of Acme Boxes - carefully adding recipe cards, fresh herbs, and making sure every box looked just right before heading out the door. She recently moved on to a new adventure in Idaho, and while we're excited for her, we already miss having her on our team.

If there's one thing everyone at Acme knows about Jen, it's that she loves snacking on cucumbers. Every. Single. Day. We teased her about it so often that cucumbers simply became "Jen's thing."

So this week, we're sharing a free local cucumber in her honor.

One of our favorite parts of being a small company is celebrating the people who make Acme what it is. Our farmers, our chefs, our warehouse team, our drivers - and the incredible people, like Jen, who care deeply about every meal that reaches your table.
