Our favorite way to eat avocado toast! Lightly pickled red onions add a subtly sharp counterpoint to creamy avocado, piled on crisp slices of artisan multigrain bread, topped with fresh basil chiffonade and a drizzle of good olive oil, and served with poached or fried eggs.
