Essentially Mexican donuts, churros are one of the country’s greatest desserts, but can be a bit daunting to the home cook because of the deep-frying involved. Luckily, with just a few tricks you can turn out some great churros in the oven, and frosted with plenty of cinnamon sugar they taste just like the real thing. For truly decadent churros, whip up some simple chocolate ganache sauce for dipping.
