Chimichurri - the bright and vibrant Argentine sauce made with fresh herbs, olive oil, and a bit of tangy wine vinegar - is known as one of grilled meat’s greatest companions, and it works equally as well with grilled seafood. Here grilled Pacific cod is doused in the verdant sauce, and served with a warm and smoky grilled romaine caesar on the side.
