There’s no doubt that sweet, salty, and umami teriyaki is one of the world’s great foods, from high-brow yakitori to strip-mall takeout and everything in between. In this streamlined “magic” take, pasture-raised ground pork is quickly sauteed with a crisp and fresh blend of carrots, broccolini, green beans, and scallions, then given a quick simmer with our gingery teriyaki sauce and served over steamed rice with toasted sesame seeds.
