It’s said on certain corners of the internet that 2026 is the “Year of the Cabbage.” Not sure about that, but we’re here for getting more of one of our favorite, most versatile vegetables into our meals in new and interesting ways. This satisfying pasta, inspired by a viral recipe floating around earlier this year, combines artisan tripoline pasta with slowly caramelized cabbage and onions, rich miso butter, sweet corn kernels, salty pecorino, and fresh sauerkraut for a bit of crunch and tang.
