Deliciously savory-sweet, teriyaki sauce is often used to baste grilled foods, but it works wonders as a stir fry sauce as well. In this super-quick meal, lean strips of beef are stir fried with broccoli and bell peppers and briefly simmered in our teriyaki sauce, served simply over steamed rice and topped with sliced scallions and toasted sesame seeds.
