There are as many variations of this classic Filipino dish as there are cooks to make it - this succulent take simmers pasture-raised chicken wings in a deceptively simple combination of soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, and garlic until the sauce reduces to a delicious glaze, served with steamed jasmine rice and a simple cucumber salad.
