Bright, creamy, and delicious, this simple pasta bowl comes together in little more time than it takes to cook the noodles. Artisan fresh gemelli pasta is tossed in a rich mixture of ricotta and pecorino cheeses, spiked with a generous dose of lemon zest and juice and lightened with peppery wilted arugula. For a heartier meal, add some sliced Italian sausage or shredded chicken.

Acme makes cooking so easy and fun! It is such a delight to get these boxes and I love the minimal environmentally friendly packaging. Some of my favorite boxes have been their pasta with broccoli + pecorino sauce, spring pasta salad with asparagus and shiitakes, and their vegetable pho.
