Pierogies, the tender Northern European dumplings filled with a savory blend of potatoes and cheese, offer a quick, satisfying meal that pairs perfectly with a wide variety of sauces and creative preparations. In this traditional preparation, artisan potato + cheese pierogies from our friends at West Coast Dumpling Company are sauteed in browned butter with caramelized onions, then simply topped with sour cream and sliced scallions.

We’ve ordered Acme food off and on for several years. We love that it supports local businesses, specifically food producers, and that it makes us try new recipes (which are all delicious!) The logistical magic that has to happen to keep this business going is mind blowing, but it makes my life a lot easier.
