We love the lamb sausages from Uli’s famous in Seattle - they’re garlicky, juicy, rich, and laced with just the right amount of spice - and they make the perfect centerpiece for a super simple summer gyro, grilled and stuffed into fresh-baked pita bread with lettuce, tomato, feta cheese, and a creamy, cooling tzatziki sauce.
