Known Jayook Kimchi Bokkeum, this fiery stir fry relies on some Korean powerhouse ingredients to build an amazing depth of flavor - strips of lean pork are marinated in a savory-spicy-sweet sauce spiked with gochujang chile paste and sweet Asian pear, then quickly stir fried with tangy, punchy kimchi and served with steamed rice and lettuce leaves for wrapping.
