Ramyeon, the spicy Korean version of Japanese ramen, just about always starts with a package of instant noodles and a few packets of seasonings that goes on to get loaded up with all kinds of bold, flavorful, and interesting toppings. We’re doing it one better with our own rich and savory beef broth base, poured over organic ramen noodles and topped with poached egg, sliced scallions, shiitake mushrooms, and tangy kimchi, with some extra room in the bowl for whatever other toppings you can dream up!

IN THE BOX:: Ramyeon Broth, Ramen Noodles, Eggs, Scallion, Shiitake Mushrooms, Kimchi
OPTIONAL:: Cooked Chicken, Beef, or Pork, Soft Tofu, Spinach or Cabbage, Butter, Cheese, Peanut Butter, Chile Sauce

Contains: Wheat, Egg, Soy, Seafood (Fish Sauce), Sesame
Broth Contains Beef + Chicken

Our Standards For Every Meal Kit & Why It Matters

You deserve food that nourishes your body, not food that slowly wears it down. That’s why we are relentless in our sourcing standards:

✅ No pesticides like glyphosate, a known carcinogen.
✅ No artificial colors or additives, because food doesn’t need to be “prettier” at the cost of your health.
✅ No hormones or antibiotics, which are overused in industrial agriculture.
✅ No preservatives, because real food doesn’t need them.
✅ 97% seed oil free, and working toward 99% in 2025.

All our meal kits are local first and are produced with organic standards. Why don't we always say certified organic? Check out our blog post'Strict Organic Standards - Won't Always Say Organic' to learn more.
