In this freeform version, the bright, sweet, and sharp flavors of summer rolls take the form of a chilled noodle salad topped with grilled 5-spice-marinated chicken, dressed lightly with nuoc cham, and drizzled with our deliciously sweet and savory hoisin + peanut dipping sauce.
