Romesco - the sweet and smoky Spanish sauce made with roasted red peppers, toasted hazelnuts, smoked paprika, sherry vinegar, and plenty of olive oil - is often served with grilled seafood and vegetables, but makes an ideal dressing for this refreshing salad of fusilli pasta tossed with cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, and grilled summer squash.
