For the main course, our friends at Pure Country Harvest have hand trimmed grass-fed 16oz ribeye steak! Pan-seared and topped with sweet prawns and a creamy mustard pan sauce infused with premium truffle oil, it’s perfect for sharing with the one you love.To finish off the meal, you can’t beat a homemade molten chocolate lava cake drizzled with a simple raspberry coulis and topped with sweetened whipped cream.
